Project Summary

• This was done in a home in NW Grand Rapids.
• This is a one-bathroom home.
• This bathroom had seen much better days and with the settling that takes place in a home nearly 100 years old, it was overdue for this remodel.
• As the pictures show we gutted this area down to the studs and joist then started over.
• Built out this space completely new.
• As this space was redone, we found that we were able to take some of the linen closet space and create a pantry facing the kitchen as the pictures show.
• This is a good example of how we do our best to capture well-needed space.
